Single Acting Hollow Plunger Cylinders
- To assist in both pull and push forces, Steeger has implemented our industry leading hollow plunger design
- Standard on all models is a spring return which is single-acting
- In increase product lifetime, Steeger have included a floating centre tube which is nickel plated
- To decrease any chance of corrosion, Steeger have incorporated a baked enamel finish
- Trouble free fixturing is made possible with Steeger’s collar threads
Hollow Plunger Aluminum Cylinders
- To assist in both pull and push forces, Steeger has implemented our industry leading hollow plunger design
- To increase cylinder lifespan, included are:
o Composite bearings ( also boosts side load resistance)
o Hard coat finish
o Floating center tube
- Ergonomic handles included
- To reduce any chance of load induced harm, included in the design is a steel based plate and saddle
- Spring return standard on all models
Double Acting Hollow Plunger Cylinders
- To assist in both pull and push forces, Steeger has implemented our industry leading hollow plunger design
- In the unlikely event of over pressurization, safety measures have been implemented such as the inclusion of relief valves
- To reduce any corrosion Steeger incorporates a baked enamel finish
- Cylinder and product life are extended through
o A floating center tube with nickel plating
o A plunger wiper which diminishes contamination
- Included on all models is:
o Coupler
o Dust Cap
