Double Acting High Tonnage Cylinders

• For both push and pull forces, the cylinder has been designed as double-acting
• In the unlikely event of over pressurization, safety measures have been implemented such as the inclusion of relief valves
• To enlarge cylinder life and diminish contamination Steeger have included a plunger wiper
• Extremely high capacities available on request

Single Acting Lock Nut Cylinders

• All models are single-acting with a load return
• Mechanical load holding is enabled through the use of our safety lock nut
• Steeger’s pioneering synthetic coating enables: reduced corrosion a smooth operation through low friction.
• Steeger’s overflow port operates as a stroke limiter
